CARICOM Guidelines and Protocols on Collection and Use of Admin Data on Violence Against Women and Girls

These guidelines are intended to help improve the quality of administrative data on VAWG, and the ethical practices which attend the collection of this data. Accordingly, the primary audience is those entities which produce administrative data on VAWG at the national and sub-national levels. These include, but are not limited to:

Social services which provide assistance to survivors of VAWG. 

Civil society organisation offering services;

The police;

Medical facilities providing care to survivors;

The justice sector, including courts, mediation, legal aid, and prosecutorial services;
