ICT Statistics Profiles for CARICOM

The ICT Statistics Profile for CARICOM Member States and Associate Members presents data for twenty (20) countries and was sourced mainly from the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) ICT Indicator database, from National Statistical Offices (NSOs) including the 2000 and 2010 Rounds of Censuses, and other surveys conducted by the National Statistical Offices; Surveys conducted by service providers and Regional Statistical Databases such as data on trade in goods; trade in services and National Accounts (production in services). The profile provides data on fifteen (15) indicators which fall under the Partnership list of Core ICT indicators. Additionally, three (3) of these indicators overlapped in that they were also selected as Caribbean Specific Information and Communication Technologies (CSICT) Indicators.
